12/2/19

This is the first fake flange pillow I've made.  It was super easy to do and I like the way it finishes the pillow....with very little effort! lol

This one will have some cording or ruched ribbon added to finish it off, as it just looks a bit bare and needs something.  I like this ruching tutorial.

This tutorial on packing tape transfer caught my eye.

A little fall display has been tucked away until next year.

Let It Snow by Prairie Schooler is finished enough to put out on display.  It just needs some white cording added to it.

The Rain Fell by Little House Needleworks has been started. I found the silk last night while rummaging in my craft studio.  It's been in my stash for quite a while, maybe even a decade or more!  It'll be auditioned for the dress or maybe flowers.

In Harmony by Collin Bogle (Dimensions kit) has been on the go for about five years.  Time to get it finished.  It's being stitched in a table top hoop.  I ordered an A4 size LED light box yesterday to sit under the hoop.  The aida is either 16 or 18 count and even with something white underneath, the holes are not that clear.  Fingers crossed the light box will fix that.

Dug this pattern book out last night and started the bird in the top left corner from stash floss.  It was published in 1990.  How time flies! lol

My quilting mojo has flown out of the window.  Fingers crossed sewing this panel up will entice it back again.  It came in a fq bundle (Flurry by Kate Spain).  Another oldie, just not 29!

Have a wonderful week.
